The Causes of Depression and Anxiety
Many people who suffer from anxiety disorders also experience bouts of depression at some point. Anxiety and depression
go hand in hand and stem from the same biological vulnerabilities. Scientists believe that depression symptoms occur when

symptoms can happen to anyone at any given time, but for most people it is a temporary condition. That’s why Exuberil™ is

I just turned 55 years old and just started menopause. I have been irritable, gained weight, and became totally depressed.
My attitude was so bad that my husband was ready to divorce me. I slowly gained weight over time and thought my depression
was due to that. I finally went to the doctor and he recommended a prescription antidepressant but I know that they have
a lot of side effects associated with them. My friend told me about 2 products that she uses. She takes
Menoquil™ and
Exuberil™ and I decided to give
them a try. I have been taking both of them now for 2 months now and I feel great!. I have more energy, I lost 15 pounds,
and feel great. Both are great products.

I was experiencing. I heard about
Exuberil™ from my co-worker. I have to tell you I was not expecting
much from it but I was so surprised by how great I feel. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to lift their
spirits.

I have been taking
RestoCore™

Exuberil™ for the past 4 months. I had problems sleeping throughout the night because my mind was always racing.
I kept waking up and I just could not get a good night's sleep. I was always tired during the day. Since taking both
RestoCore™ and
Exuberil™, I have been sleeping through the night
and I am so much more relaxed. I feel energized all day long. My life has turned around and I am able to concentrate so
much better. Thank you.

Ingredient Facts and Clinical Studies
Kava Kava
Kava Kava - is a tranquilizer primarily taken to relax and calm without causing any mental changes. Its
active ingredients are called kavalactones. Kava is used as an herbal remedy to ease symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression.
The majority of evidence shows that kava extracts standardized to 70% kavalactones are superior to placebo for treating
anxiety. A specific component of hoodia extract is thought to be responsible for appetite suppressant properties. This constituent
has been dubbed P57. This substance is thought to act centrally to stimulate sensations of satiety.

Passion Flower
Passion
Flower - grows on long vines in shaded, woody areas of the United States. Passion flower has a tranquilizing
effect, including mild sedative and anti-anxiety effects. The sedative effect of Passion flower has made it popular for
treating a variety of ailments, including nervousness and insomnia. It also has an antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles
within the body, including the digestive system, promoting digestion.
There is some evidence that passionflower can reduce symptoms of anxiety

GAD in some patients

to mexazolam

5-HTP
5-HTP -
is a naturally occurring amino acid, a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin is an important neurotransmitter
that relays signals from one part of the brain to another. Serotonin has influences on mood, sexual desire and function,
appetite, sleep, memory and learning, temperature regulation, and some social behavior. Low serotonin levels can result
in depression, obesity, insomnia, narcolepsy, premenstrual syndrome, migraine/tension headaches, and fibromyalgia. 5-HTP
can help improve mood, increase vitality and increase energy levels.
Taking 5-HTP orally seems to significantly improve symptoms of depression

depression

attempted potentiation by liothyronine. Arch Gen Psychiatr 1972;26:234-41.
There is evidence that 5-HTP might be comparable to the conventional antidepressants fluvoxamine (Luvox) and imipramine
(Tofranil)

role in depression, anxiety, and aggression

L-theanine SunTheanine® (99% pure L-theanine)
L-theanine SunTheanine® (99% pure L-theanine) - is a unique amino acid found only in the tea plant. may
help relieve stress by inducing a relaxing effect without drowsiness.L-theanine has been shown to reduce mental and physical
stress, may produce feelings of relaxation and improves cognition and mood. L-theanine as been shown to promote the generation
of alpha-brain waves, an index of relaxation. It may also boost natural resistance to microbial infections and perhaps even
tumors.
Preliminary evidence suggests that taking theanine 200 mg might induce subjective feelings of tranquility in healthy people.

Valerian
Valerian
- commonly known as Valeriana officinalis. It has been used as a medicinal herb since at least the time of
ancient Greece and Rome. Valerian has long been used for sleep disorders, headaches, depression, irregular heartbeat, trembling,
restlessness and anxiety.
Some evidence shows that taking valerian orally reduces self-reported stress in social anxiety

healthy volunteers under social stress conditions. Pharmacopsychiatry 1988;21:447-8.
Valerian is thought to have sedative-hypnotic, anxiolytic, antidepressant, anticonvulsant, and antispasmodic effects

Valerenic acid and other constituents of valerian are gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) agonists. Valerian constituents may
inhibit the enzyme system responsible for the central catabolism of GABA, increasing GABA concentrations and decreasing
central nervous system (CNS) activity

GABA
GABA -
is an amino acid called Gamma-AminoButyric Acid. It is an inhibitory neurotransmitter found in the brain. It plays an important
role in regulating neuronal excitability throughout the central nervous system. Insufficient levels of GABA have been linked
to anxiety and convulsions. GABA is a neurotransmitter and helps induce relaxation and sleep. It balances the brain by inhibiting
over-excitation.
GABA exerts anticonvulsant, sedative, and anxiolytic effects at the cellular level
